These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications and hosting services provided by Gozynet LLC ("Gozynet", "we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Gozynet develops and operates its own software products, including subscription SaaS platforms, mobile applications and managed web hosting. We do not provide custom development services. Features and plans are described on our website and inside each product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase a subscription.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Payments made on our websites are processed by Stripe. In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.
• Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings or by emailing [email protected]. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: breaking any law; sending spam or malware; hosting illegal, infringing or harmful content; attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems; or reselling the Services without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the data and content you put into the Services. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide the Services to you.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, designs and trademarks, are owned by Gozynet LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them during your subscription.

8. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and monitor our services around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance when possible. Support is available by email.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gozynet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product before they take effect.
